European R&W & *RC GTPI female rankings - August 2023

Europe offers some of the highest Red and White and Red Carrier females in the Holstein breed based on GTPI base. The influence of several foundation cows are significant and dominating in the list, with for example Golden-Oaks Mark Prudence EX-95-USA and Sanderij Massia Sneeuwwitje VG-87-NL. The top 3 didn't changed a lot, the #1 R&W GTPI female is again Wilder 02671 at +2954 GTPI. She is followed by her barnmate Wilder 02673 at +2923 GTPI in unique combination of +2.18 PTAT! She is also tracing back to the Sanderij Massia Sneeuwwitje VG-87-NL cow family. Making the Top 3 complete with a Dutch Boraz *RC heifer from Koepon Genetics at +2922 GTPI. 5 daughters in the GTPI Red Carrier index are sired by Genosource Captain. The #1 GTPI *RC female in Europe is still Grille Cosmica Captain 1775 at +3039 GTPI in combination with +1004 NM$ and +1.61 PTAT. She is a Captain daughter from the Larcrest Cosmopolitan VG-87-USA family. She is followed by a Gameday daughter from the Netherlands at +3029 GTPI and +2.19 PTAT and making the top 3 complete with her sister at +2986 GTPI, also owned by Koepon Genetics!
