HS NH Mercedes breaks 170 RZG level

  

For the first time in history the magic level of 170 RZG is broken. HS NH Mercedes, bred by Holstein Select and Nosbisch Holsteins from Germany is the heifer with this great honor. Mercedes is a dtr of Chevrolet with an ouctross maternal line, goes back through Sudan and Xacobeo on the huge transmitting cow Caps Mairy 4 VG-85 2yr. which have been in the spotlights massively after such high testing progeny in different test systems. Mercedes bring a new record for this big time cow family!
Another interesting fact on this heifer: she is bred by 3 generations VEKIS GENETICS animals, starting with her sire VEKIS Chevrolet, followed by her dam and grand dam!

HS NH Mercedes is one of the first born daughters in the breed of Vekis Chevrolet (Freddie x Ramos). Her mother, Vekis  Sudan Mellow was purchased in the Holland Masters Sale 2012. She is a Top 10 GTPI Sudan dtr and the current #1 RZG Sudan dtr in the World (RZG 153). She has a great outcross pedigree as a Sudan from a Xacobeo and comes from the very successful transmitting Caps Mairy 4 cow family. Dam Xaco Melody has several sons in AI and is the maternal sister to great cows like Caps Mairy 14 (#1 GTPI Jeeves, sold for € 58.000), milking sisters at Ponderosa Holsteins, Braedale Holsteins and more!
