The All Britain 2012 Nomanations Announced
The All Britain 2012 nominations were released today and Eurogenes members have a large showing across the board. Click further for the details.
In the Junior heifer class, Honourable Mention All Britain Calf Sterndale Alexander Ghostly from Sterndale Holsteins and South Scotland Champion Calf Syke Million Jodie from Syke Holsteins are both listed.
The Junior Heifers in Milk see a nomination for Welsh Dairy Show winner Dulais Shottle Dior Rae VG-88 2yr. from Nev and Rhain Roberts (Dulais Holsteins). Diamond Genetics UK exported a Manoman son from this awesome heifer last year which went to Spanish stud, Xenetica Fontao.
Agriscot Champion Heifer, Riverdane Talented Ashlyn VG-88 2yr. from Riverdane and Sterndale Holsteins was another heifer to feature in this particularly strong class.
Senior Heifer in Milk category saw Riverdane and W J Nadin mentioned again with Riverdane Gold Mattia VG-88 and Sterndale Goldwyn Rae VG-88 respectively.

Richaven Holsteins got a second mention in the 3rd Calver class with twice NABS Reserve Champion Richaven Goldwyn Adrienne EX-93 2E, and Riverdane, Ponderosa and ADI received a nomination for their German born cow, Riverdane Woelkchen 8 EX-92 2E.

Yasmin Bradbury, who runs her Peak Holsteins herd alongside Sterndale, was delighted to receive a nomination in the Mature Cow class with Peak Allen Rachel EX-94 2E who won at the Cheshire County Show.
