Very successful Vekis Spring Sale 2016

The Vekis Spring Sale 2016 which held last Friday, March the 18th has been very successful. Over 1100 people attended the event to see the progeny groups and to follow the international top sale.

The sale attracted a huge crowed of international visitors with buyers from 11 different countries. The sale offered really something for everybody with prices starting at EUR 1.200 and with a topseller of EUR 75.000. The averag price of the sale was EUR 5.880 over the sold animals and EUR 519 / embryo over the sold embryo's.

opseller in this sale was Lot 17, a 1st choice female out of 3 heifer calves from Rubicon out of Zandenburg Supersire Camilla, one of the heifers in this package is Europe’s highest GTPI heifer with GTPI +2808. She sold to the Progenesis Group from Canada for EUR 75.000.
